Lèlior accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All original accessories and components must be included.

Opened or used fragrances, custom-blended or personalized products, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Lèlior home fragrance oils are designed for use with cold-air diffusion technology and may be compatible with other cold-air diffusers.

We recommend checking your diffuser manufacturer's guidelines before using our fragrance oils to ensure compatibility and proper performance.

Our personal Parfums are intended for application to the skin and should not be used in scent diffusers.

An HVAC diffuser connects directly to your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. It distributes fragrance throughout your space using your existing air ducts while the HVAC fan is running, providing consistent scent coverage across multiple rooms.

Refill frequency depends on your diffuser model, the amount of fragrance oil used, your daily operating hours, and your intensity settings.

Typically, fragrance oil can last anywhere from 1–3 months, depending on usage. Higher intensity settings and longer operating hours will require more frequent refills.

If your diffuser is not working properly, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure the diffuser is plugged in or fully charged if it is a rechargeable model.
2. Check that there is enough fragrance oil in the canister.
3. Ensure the canister is properly secured and tightly closed.
4. Check that the atomizer tube is securely connected.
5. Make sure the atomizer head is properly tightened.
6. Confirm that the diffuser is turned on and the operating settings are correct.

Important: Never turn your diffuser upside down or lay it on its side while fragrance oil is inside, as this may cause leakage or damage.

If the diffuser is running but not releasing mist, the atomizer may need cleaning.

Regular cleaning helps prevent fragrance oil buildup and keeps your diffuser operating properly.

1. Turn off and unplug your diffuser.
2. Remove the fragrance oil canister and empty any remaining oil into a suitable container.
3. Add a small amount of rubbing alcohol to the canister.
4. Reattach the canister and run the diffuser for approximately 15–30 minutes to help clear any buildup in the atomizer.
5. Turn off the diffuser, remove the canister, and discard the rubbing alcohol.
6. Allow the canister to dry completely before refilling it with fragrance oil.

We recommend cleaning your diffuser approximately once a month or when changing fragrances.
