Arthur's Way

The first time I smelled this fragrance, my reaction was very strong. The scent immediately teleported me to Sainte Marie, a small island off Madagascar, to the Hotel Sainte Marie, at aperitif time, watching the sunset, drinking a rum. I showed the perfume to the security manager, who was checking the alarms, and he had a very surprised reaction. He jumped up and looked at me, asking: “Are we by the sea, in the middle of flower trees drinking something?” and I knew that this perfume really did have the power to bring back memories. And those are happy ones. I have several Lèlior fragrances, but this one is my very favorite. I often use it at home, first thing in the morning when I wake up, in the afternoon and, of course, in the early evening. For me, this fragrance is a real creative success. It's balanced, sweet and full of character, very easy to live with.. Everyone who has been to my home has loved it, especially my husband and sister. I think it will be my sister's favorite too; we grew up in the French West Indies and Arthur's way takes us back to those days of joy and harmony. The owner of the Hôtel of Princess Bora Lodge in Sainte Marie has received the "fragrance of his hôtel" and he loved it telling me that it was really disturbing to have the same smell as his hotel on demand and thought about how to thank Lèlior.
